Refund/Cancellation Policy

Sassy Down South does not issue refunds UNLESS your item arrives damaged or you have received the wrong items. You will receive a refund for the wrong item/s once the item/s is received back in its original packaging within 7 days of delivery or pick up. The refund will be issued once items have been returned and inspected. Odor, dirt, pet hair, and stains disqualify return. If you ever have an issue with a package you MUST reach out within 3 days of delivery or pick up. No exceptions. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE NON REFUNDABLE.  

SDS does not cancel orders once they are placed. All sales are FINAL. 

If any changes need to be made to your order you MUST do so within 48 hours of placing the order. After 48 hours changes cannot be made to existing orders.
